  • Each handle is made of 100% reclaimed plastic, diverted from landfill and transformed through heat and pressure into a handle of considered durability.

    The material retains its history. Colour and pattern vary with each piece, a consequence of process, not design. No two handles are identical.

  • Forged in Vietnam, where every blade is shaped by hand by highly skilled craftsmen.

    The santoku is your everyday blade: balanced, precise, and built for everything from fine slicing to heavier prep.

    Made from American 52100 high carbon steel, it takes a razor sharp edge and holds it.

  • Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry straight away. Never put it in the dishwasher.

    This is high carbon steel, so it will rust if left wet. Give it a quick wipe after each use and store it dry.

    Over time, your blade will build a patina: a natural darkening that comes with carbon steel. It’s not a defect. It actually helps protect the blade from rust.
