Meet SLK.

Built from what is left behind.

Years spent in professional kitchens brought a particular awareness. The volume of plastic waste that was used, binned and then forgotten, accumulating in ways that were difficult to ignore. SLK was built to be part of the solution to this problem.

The material arrives as waste. It leaves as something else entirely.

The reclaimed plastic is heated, pressed, and transformed through process into form. What emerges is particular to that knife, that batch, that moment in the material's second life. Paired with high carbon stainless steel blades, selected for edge retention and daily endurance. A handle shaped for the hand that will use it.

No two are identical. This is not incidental. It is the point.

From waste‍, ‍to something worth keeping
