Our Story

Years spent in professional kitchens brought a particular awareness of what accumulates unseen. The plastic waste generated behind every service, collected, binned, forgotten, rarely finds another purpose.

SLK was founded in London in 2023 to change that. Reclaimed plastics diverted from landfill and transformed into precision knife handles. Now relaunched in Perth, Western Australia, the focus remains unchanged: responsible materials, considered design, tools made to endure.
