What materials are used?

Each blade is crafted from high carbon stainless steel selected for its balance of edge retention, corrosion resistance, and ease of maintenance.

We use stainless steel for one simple reason: it delivers precision without compromise, and retains its edge through repeated, real-world use.

Handles are formed from recycled plastic, repurposed and finished for durability, grip, and a refined feel in hand.

How does it perform compared to traditional knives?

Built to perform as a serious kitchen tool: Balanced, precise, and capable of holding a sharp edge through daily use.

The material story doesn’t come at the expense of performance.


Will every handle be the same?

No. Each handle is shaped from recycled material, resulting in natural variation in pattern, tone, and texture that creates a completely unique experience.

These differences are a feature of the process, not a flaw. Every piece is distinct, while maintaining a consistent feel in hand.

Care

How should I care for it?

Hand wash and dry after use. Avoid dishwashers.

Regular honing will maintain the edge, with occasional sharpening as needed.
