The Santoku is your everyday blade. Balanced, precise, and built to handle everything from fine slicing to heavier prep.
It is stainless, so there is no rust to worry about and no need to baby it. Cut what you want, clean it when you are done, no stress.
The steel is also high in carbon, which holds the edge sharp. The convenience of stainless without the drop in performance.
