  • The Santoku is your go-to blade: balanced, precise, and built to handle everything from fine slicing to heavier prep.

    Crafted from high-carbon stainless steel (10Cr15CoMoV) and hardened to 60±1 HRC, it stays sharper for longer, resists rust and corrosion, and moves effortlessly through ingredients, without the brittleness of harder steels.

  • Hand wash with warm soapy water. Dry before storing.

    The blade is built to sharpen easily; a few passes on a honing rod and it's back to top performance.
